1. EIS Number: The identification number assigned by DOE to the Environmental Impact Statement.
  2. EIS Title: The title of the Final Environmental Impact Statement.
  3. EIS Date: The date that appears on the Final EIS.
  4. ROD: Federal Register citation of the Record of Decision (ROD). "N.I." indicates that the ROD is "not issued." An asterisk (*) indicates that multiple RODs were issued, and the citation corresponds to the most recent ROD.
  5. Program Office: The DOE Program Office responsible for the EIS. Because of reorganizations and name changes, the Program Office indicated may no longer exist, or exist under a new name.
  6. Ops/Field Office: Operations or Field Office that managed the preparation of the EIS. Because of reorganizations and name changes, the Operations or Field Office indicated may no longer exist, or exist under a new name.
  7. DOE Facility: The DOE facility or site where the action(s) analyzed in the EIS is to occur.
  8. State: The state where the proposed action would occur. The abbreviation "NAT" indicates that the proposed action has national scope. The abbreviation "ETC." indicates that more states than those listed may be affected.
