Rule 10 CFR 835 and Amendments

	DOE published a final rule in the Federal Register on November 28, 2006. The final rule reflects the reorganization which created the new Office of Health, Safety and Security. The final rule makes technical amendments to DOE’s regulations to substitute the officials to whom or offices to which functions have been transferred pursuant to the reorganization of offices and functions.
