INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING WRITTEN COMMENTS
Written comments (5 copies and a
computer disk) should be submitted to Dr. Joel Rabovsky, U. S.
Department of Energy, EH-52, "EH-RM-96-835 Rulemaking,"
1000 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20585, telephone
(301) 903-2135. The identifier "EH-RM-96-835" should
be labeled on the computer disk, the documents and any other component
of the submission. If possible, comments submitted on a computer
disk should be in either a WordPerfect 5.0 (or later) file or
an ASCII file. All comments and other relevant information received
by February 21, 1997 will be considered by DOE.
Pursuant to the provisions of 10
CFR 1004.11, any person submitting information or data that is
believed to be confidential and exempt by law from public disclosure
should submit one complete copy of the document and 3 copies,
if possible, from which the information believed to be confidential
has been deleted. DOE will make its own determination with regard
to the confidential status of the information or data and treat
it according to its own determination.
